I get a lot of questions about my diet since I have gone Vegan. My recovery time has been remarkable in addition I have been able to get faster and stronger. I can bench press 250 lbs and run multiple miles sub 6 minutes. The main reason I converted is because 40 percent of your stress comes from your diet. I would prefer to have a less stressful life which is why I switched to a plant based diet.
