Working a normal job that requires 8-10 hours of your day plus a commute can make it challenging to find time to exercise and make change. Waking up at 4AM to be in my truck by 4:30 and at the gym at 4:45 is NOW just a normal day. It’s like waking up and breathing.
Sure it took some getting used to but it was time for change and change isn’t easy otherwise everyone would be in great shape! Be your own leader, find your change, demand a higher standard, step up!
